Our Quality Management System, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, is fully integrated with our Project Management System, ensuring the best and fastest approach, from the initial idea to the final production, without limiting the expression of our creativity or influencing our responsiveness.

It's based on the analysis of internal and external factors that may influence our activities, and a continuous evaluation of the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, in order to define quality objectives that can meet our company's requirements within the context in which we operate.

Our QMS is a key component in achieving our quality objectives:

  • Ensure that all our services and productions are tailored to meet our customers' needs;
  • Monitor our productions at every stage, focusing on the prevention of potential problems and learning for continuous improvement;
  • Develop an evaluation process to verify the satisfaction of our customers.

We have developed specific processes to ensure the best team approach and internal quality tracking in our Project Management System, where we clearly define:

  • Project Timeline
  • Resources and activities
  • Roles and responsibilities

Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the execution of the project throughout its lifecycle and liaising with our clients to ensure that their expectations are met.

Management is formally committed to continuing to evaluate the system by regularly reviewing key indicators and to make the Quality Policy available to all stakeholders and ensuring it is understood, shared, implemented and supported by all staff.
